		<description>It did not work for me. I had similar problem (some items were not displayed in English version of front page, another pages were OK). I have separate menu blocks (Czech and English). In administration of English block module I had to use full path, e.g. http://botany.natur.cuni.cz/node/# instead of /node/#. Now it works...</description>
